Eastgate Council Intercession

Launching Friday Oct. 2nd 2020

The Eastgate Council is hosting a national prayer initiative for those with a heart to pray for the nation. Collectively we will intercede for the USA through the 2020 election, culminating in an 11/11/2020 meeting.

We pray on Friday nights for the United States of America from Oct. 2nd, 2020 through Wed. Nov. 11th, 2020. You can join as an intercession observer or team member.

Observers call in and listen to the strategic prayer times. Open to all.
Team members participate in the video conference call and must apply in Rise to be considered.

November 11th 2020 is significant for two reasons. It is the 400 year anniversary of the signing of the Mayflower Compact, the first framework of government written and enacted in territories that became the USA. This document is a covenantal document made by pilgrims who journeyed to the new world “for the glory of God, and advancement of the Christian faith”, and established a “civil body politic” to live justly in a new world. But prophetically, a 400 year period is ending.

The founding of America is not traced to the rebellion but the submission. Much like the covenant with Abraham, after 400 years of submission to God, God is restoring the remnant of His people to their promised lands and opening up the fullness of what was intended for this nation and His Bride.

Every week we commit 30 min. to pray for the following counties. These are strategic regional gates of influence that the Lord has identified as key for 2020.
